** Full payment must be received no later then 30 days from the date of reservation. Thirty days notice of cancellation is required for return of security deposit and rental paid. Security deposit to be returned within 10 days of receipt of key and confirmation of no telephone charges.

All rates are inclusive of blankets and pillows. Tenant responsible for pillow cases, linens, towels (available for an additional fee) and phone charges. Security deposit of $200 weekly, $500 monthly and $1,000 season is required. Vermont Room Tax of 10% for rentals less then 30 days.
